[Teachldsseminary] attention getter object lesson

I just have to tell you that I used a variation of the chocolate cake in the
trash today.

 

I had a plate of donuts - you know how much we like donuts in Seminary - I
walked around the room and talked about how good they looked, how good they
smelled, and just by looking you could really enjoy them but wouldn't you
need to actually eat them to really know just how tasty they were? Then I
threw them in the trash, after they got over the shock I likened it to
actually opening their scriptures during the lesson..

 

They got it, I had one girl look at me then get up and get her box, it was
cute.
