[Teachldsseminary] Fw: Is this happening at your child's school?

Hello

This is my first time posting on the list and I can see the concern
mentioned by Daryl, but I actually appreciated the awareness to create a
teaching moment. I am a single sister with no children teaching a class of
grade nines. It is when they give their morning devotionals that I find out
about how active Satan is in their lives - I am very removed from jr/sr high
school life.

I was able to incorporate this example into a discussion this morning as we
talked about Job and Satan walking to and fro on the earth and that
sometimes trials come to us not because of our own wickedness but because we
are being tested or proved. We are in fact fulfilling our purpose in coming
to earth to have agency. I

I too think we need to be careful about what is posted on this list, but for
a teacher that is really struggling to come up with current case situations
to discuss with the youth I appreciated this example.
