A few years back I purchased a little book that has the SM's divided into three levels. It's called Dare To Remember for Youth by Daniel L Drew. This is how he has them divided up.
Level 1
Matt 6:24
Matt 25:40
John 3:5
John 7:17
John 10:16
John 14:15
John 17:3
Romans 1:16
1 Cor. 15:20-22
1 Cor 15:29
2 Tim 3:16-17
Hebrews 5:4
James 2:17-18

Level 2
Matt 5:14-16
Acts 7:55-56
1 Cor 10:13
1 Cor 15:40-42
James 1:5-6
Revelation 14:6-7

Level 3
Matt 16:15-19
Luke 24:36-39
Ephesians 4:11-14
2 Thess. 2:1-3
2 Tim 3:1-5
Revelation 20:12-13
I am going to use this for my guide this year, calling them telestial,(level 1) terrestial(level 2) and celestial(level 3). I'm planning on using similar values of seminary bucks for each level. Does this help?

  Medium  Matt 5:14-16  Acts 7:55-56  1Corin 10:13  1Corin 15:20-22  1Corin 15:40-42  2Timothy 3:16-17  James 1:5-6  James 2:17-18.     
  Hard  Matt 16:15-19  Luke 24:36-39  Ephesians 4:11-14  2Thess 2:1-3  2 Timothy 3:1-5  Revelation 14:6-7  Revelation 20:12-13.  

  That is 10 easy 8 medium and 7 hard scriptures to memorize and/or pass off.
