Neither are any of the games that almost all seminary teachers freely use
without a second thought.  This video is quite well done - far more
"spiritual" than most any game I can think of.

They've put it on the internet with the express desire that folks share in
its message.  I'd say permission has been granted.

I don't think we are expected to ask CES to cross every T and dot every I or
make every decision for us in our classrooms.  We are to use discernment and
make wise choices.

My motto has always been:  "We are not here to "trifle with words," as the
BoM says.  If it passes that standard, I feel comfortable using it.
