I do not think the available NT Flash cards are in the format you have
specified.  Wanda Sieber created a set last time the NT was taught; they
come as Word docs (also available as PDFs) which you could print half page
size using Word's Pages per sheet: feature on the Print dialog.

As Debra mentioned in her post, we do have the half page card images (PDF)
available in our store.
