I'm in search of the following CES symposium article (from 1980!): 
 
Adair, Michael. "The Doctrines of Salvation by Grace vs. Works: A New Look at an Old Controversy." A Symposium on the New Testament. 1980. 28–31. 
 
Daniel Ludlow referenced it in his 1996 symposium talk on Grace and said that it outlined scriptural references that support salvation by grace alone, works alone and grace and works together.
