[Teachldsseminary] QUESTION: Book of Mormon storyline scriptures

I don't remember exactly what scriptures we used, but it would be easy 
enough to re-create.  You need one of the blue copies of The Book of Mormon 
that has numerous pictures all the way through.  You just quickly tell what 
each picture is representing and find a scripture to go with it.  Like, the 
first one is a picture of Nephi subduing his brothers, so you tell about 
Nephi and his father Lehi and how the brothers were wicked, etc.  Then you 
turn to the other side where it's a picture of them on the boat and talk 
about how they sail to and settle a new land of Promise.  The next one is a 
picture of Abinadi in chains so you talk about the division of the people 
and how God raised up prophets.  This one is named Abinadi, etc.  Then I 
pointed to one of the priests in that picture and said how no one believed 
what Abinadi said except for one man and you turn the page to a picture of 
Alma baptizing in the waters of Mormon and tell more about Alma.  The next 
picture is Samuel the Lamanite and on the back of that is the coming of 
Christ, so you tell that story; then the last one is the Brother of Jared 
seeing the finger of the Lord and on the back Mormon bids farewell and you 
tell about that.

It's a very simple easy way to quickly tell the story of the Book of Mormon.
