We played a SM game today that turned out really well. I decided to reverse
how things typically went and instead of me coming up with clues and the
students scripture chasing they had to come up with the clues. The rules
for the game were that the clue had to have a way to distinguish that
scripture from the other scriptures and if they used word clues from the
scriptures that clue had to have a keyword (i.e. no "For Behold"s or "in
the"). They could use the scripture mastery cards, scriptures, bookmarks,
etc. And if they stumped me I had them explain why it matched their
scripture and if it was good then they got a point. I let them work in
groups or alone. In the end I think that I got about as many as I missed so
I declared that they won. But it was a great way for them to think about
the scripture mastery scriptures in a different light so I would argue that
I won in the end.
