     My class loved collecting the trading cards.  I handed them out for
attendance, for reading, for finding principles in the scriptures, etc.  We
had our quarterly auction, and they could choose prizes based on how many
complete sets they had.  The auction prizes are dollar store variety things,
or things parents donated from home.  I had one student with 6 complete
sets, so he chose first, anything he wanted.  Then there were 2 students
with 5 sets, so they chose next, and so on.  So every student got something
off the table they wanted.  Then we played Seminary Survivor, which was
posted to the list previously, and as they completed their challenges, they
could choose again.  At the end, I still had some prizes left over, so they
were given out based on need, or desire.  Now for the rest of the year, I
reward with "shekels", plastic "old world" coins.  Nora
