I'm sure there are other teachers out there who are on the same schedule I am.  I taught 2 Kings 2 today, and the teacher manual says things like, "Ask the students if they worry about what will happen when the prophet dies," and "Ask the students if they know how a new prophet is chosen."  We then studied about how Elisha was a prophet-apprentice and was learning how to be the prophet from Elijah.  Then the time came that Elijah was translated, and he passed his mantle ("the mantle of the prophet"!) on to Elisha.  We talked about what that mantle represented, and we related everything to President Hinckley and President Monson.  How very very timely!
