[Teachldsseminary] Scripture Rock CDs

Most of you may already be familiar with the Scripture Rock CD ("LDS Scripture Rock" by Jason Beaird, available through Deseret Books), but I was not until last week when I attended our stake faculty meeting.  I ran right out and ordered it, and it arrived yesterday.  The CD sets all 25 Old Testament scripture mastery verses to more modern rock, and it's pretty well done.  I played it for opening music this morning and the kids noticed it right away, were paying attention to the words.  When I played Isaiah 1:18 to coincide with our "scripture of the week" we're learning, I had one student say that she could totally memorize all 25 scriptures with this aid.  Before, she felt it would be more difficult for her since memorization is hard for her.

I just thought I'd let you know this aid was out there.
