[Teachldsseminary] QUESTION: bulletin boards

It has been many years since I've taught in the Primary room but we worked 
out an agreement where we could keep materials posted on the top half of the 
wall -- First Presidency, 12 Apostles, MormonAds, posters, etc. as long as 
they were affixed with poster putty, tape, etc. We could NOT use push pins 
or anything that could fall and be picked up by a child.
