[Teachldsseminary] counting carpooling students tardy

I had this same situation a couple of years ago.  One of my students  picked 
up an only member inactive boy.  They were usually late, and I  didn't want to 
ask whose fault it was.  The picking up student's mother  said he left home 
on time, but he was sometimes late when he knew the other boy  was out of town. 
 I just tried to always let them know I was happy to have  them there late 
rather than not at all, although I would prefer on time, and let  the tardy 
issue slide because the inactive boy was at least coming, and his  mother wouldn't 
have gotten him there.  I didn't feel it was the ideal way  to deal with it 
at the time, but couldn't see another way.  The driving boy  is now working on 
his mission papers, by the way!

The  other 2 students might not come if this young man did not pick them up.  
 Last year, I did not count his brother tardy unless they said it was the  
brother who caused them to be late.  I don't really want to start  counting 
everyone late just because they ride with the Senior, but I don't  want to enable 
the boy to be late all the time.
