For a lesson about prayer I am trying to find this poem about prayer. It
goes something like: 
 
'I asked God for patience and He has put me in situations to develop
patience'.
 
Does this ring a bell for anyone? It is about how we sometimes ask for
things directly but that we get them through experiences in our lives; that
we don't get them as a 'gift', but more as a lesson to learn ourselves.
