[Teachldsseminary] Teach Seminary: Off Topic: How to help YM be responsible . . .

A YM leader in our stake asked if I can find some quotes, preferably from 
General Authorities, that will reinforce his efforts to get the YM in his ward to 
take more responsibility for what goes on in their quorums and in their Duty 
to God program.  He feels they aren't as involved as they should be and he is 
looking for ways to help them change that.  Can any of you help with this 
request?

Have you seen some effective ways to implement this idea? Your input is 
welcomed, along with the quotes. Thanks in advance.
