What are the plague jars?

I am generally a straight forward teacher, scripture mastery is very important to me, so I work with them everyday. I wanted to let you  know that I appreciate the ideas and inspiration I get from this email list. The part about teaching by the spirit I use everyday and it enhances my lesson when I can make it real to them. In the training meetings I have been to they speak often of variety, and I think a little sprinkled in does great wonders.
