I usually stick to a theme - ie:  Zion's Camp - or the Priesthood, but you 
could just use random D&C questions.   I usually word the questions 
something like this:

What disease did 14 members of Zion's camp die from?
A)  cholera
B) small pox
C) diphtheria

What appeared just minutes before the Mob was planning to cross the river 
and attack Zion's Camp?
A) reinforcements
B) an angel
C) a big black storm cloud
