[Teachldsseminary] Help: Inactive Class Members

Do any of you have an  idea that was successful in encouraging inactive 
members to come to  Seminary?  I don't have any "Ninety and nine" this year so if I 
don't find  the "one" (there are actually 4 - two girls and two boys) I won't 
have a  class.
 
I already plan to meet  with each family if I can.  Two of the kids have been 
in foster  care.   They have been able to spend weekends with the parents - 
but  don't come to church - and may be able to live with them again during the  
school year.   So as you can see, helping the kids will also help  support 
the whole family as they try to get their lives in  order.
