I found the book, "Days of Awe..." at Deseret Book...special order for 
$6.99 in papaerback.  I noticed on my email that it is now in transit 
to my house.  You might call Deseret Book mail order and check on the 
availability.  The stores indicated they were out of it and that it 
was being discontinued, but did allow a special order.  I'm not sure 
how many copies they will have.
