Another fun idea is for the class to make a sukkah - Jewish kids make 
miniature ones, but also full size ones at home - this might be a fun thing 
to have the kids make and then display in the foyer of the seminary building 
or wherever.  If you can make a large one that fits in your class, you could 
also use it for various activities and games throughout out the year.
