[Teachldsseminary] Teach - Encouraging Participation

Today I stumbled upon an idea that seemed to help encourage partcipation.  I 
brought in a jar filled with conversation hearts.  I had everyone write 
their name on slips of paper and as we went through the lesson, if someone 
answered a question they could guess how many hearts are in the jar.  I 
would tell them if they are high or low.  Of course everyone wanted to 
answer the questions thus the reason for the slips of paper.  I drew a slip 
to see who would get to answer the question.

Since no one got the number yet, we will continue on until someone gets it.  
I find this time of year we all need a little motivation to participate!
