[Teachldsseminary] Question: D&C 84? Unworthy Priesthood Holder

Happy Tuesday!
 
   A student was asking if they have an obligations to go to the  bishop if  
they 
KNOW that a priesthood brother  is not worthy but is preparing the  
sacrament. 
Isn't  there a verse that addresses this or am I thinking of a  talk by  a 
prophet or general authority.  For some reason I  can't find  it.  Help?!!
