We have my dh's line of authority saved on our computer -- when he is asked to perform a preisthood ordination, we print (on nice paper) his line of authority, and my dh gives this to the young man as a matter of courtesy.
My sons also have theirs -- we made it so it would fit on a business card -- laminated it -- so they could carry it in their wallet.
Another thing that we have done is the Sacrament Prayers on a business size card, laminated those, and the boys can carry those in their wallets (for when they take the Sacrament to a shut in -- they have their cards with them.) I did this for my Seminary boys last year (Moroni 4 and 5), and did it again this year (D/C 20).
