[Teachldsseminary] off topic - 12 days of christmas using nativity scene

Does anyone remember seeing a secrete Santa, 12 days of Christmas type of activity using pieces from a nativity scene. I don't remember how it works except that you give a piece of the nativity scene each day with a note about the Christmas story. The last day is Christmas when you give the Christ child.
