[Teachldsseminary] QUESTION

Hi List...
  Last year someone posted a "Getting To Know You" handoutthat they had their students fill out around the first day of Seminary. I remember it had things like: What is your favorite color, What is your favorite breakfast cereal...things like that. If anyone has this, or something similar,  would you please send it to me? I didnt do it last year, but wished I had several times as the year went on. Thanks in Advance...Terisa in Wyoming
