Something I did years ago when I taught OT in San Diego, was to take
individual pictures of each student.  I then put the photo in the center of
a star.  When we came to the lesson on Abraham and discussed how his
posterity would be numerous as the sands in the sea and stars in the
heavens, I had a poster featuring "The Stars of Abraham".  Of course, it was
them.  We then discussed how we can inherit the blessings promised to
Abraham's seed.  For Christmas, I crocheted each of them a star.  I had a
string attached to them, so they could use it as an ornament or bookmark.
It was small enough for them to take with them when they went away to
college or on their mission and served as a visual reminder of the
promises/blessings that will be theirs if they honor and keep the covenants
they made.
