I agree with Sandee, but thought I would toss out a suggestion our Primary 
is starting, that could probably be adapted to seminary.  It's been a 
tradition to spotlight a child in closing exercises each Sunday (as time 
allows).  Instead of sharing their favorite foods, Primary song, etc., the 
presidency is asking each teacher to notice when their class members are 
"choosing the right" and fill out a little form.  Those incidents will be 
shared to spotlight the children.

So, you might want to consider a class "choose the right" award each week as 
a way of recognizing the good things your students do.
