I know this is too late, but here goes anyway:

What about bringing a bunch of magazines or something and having her create 
a collage of things she can find that relates to or reminds her of the SMs.
or:

you could maybe create a word find or crossword puzzle out of the SMs.
or

maybe you could have her create her own SM flashcards with pictures, etc.
or

maybe she could write a journal entry for each SM on how it applies to her 
life personally
or

make a puzzle out of the SM's and have her put it together.
or

cut up the SM into words or phrases and have her piece them together.  When 
my kids get back from the Easter break I'm going to put about 100 
words/phrases from SMs into small plastic easter eggs and hide them all over 
the grounds outside.  They will have a time limit in which to collect all 
100, bring them inside, open them all up and put together the scriptures. 
I'm not sure exactly how I will do them, though.  I think I will 
color-coordinate them so that each scripture will be on a different color 
paper, or in a different color egg.  I haven't quite decided that yet.
