[Teachldsseminary] Using picture off internet

I asked my CES brother that since I was making a POWERPoint and he said if 
we are using it for educational purposes it was okay.

I have a follow up question on your message. Is it permissible to use a
picture in a presentation (say a powerpoint) that we downloaded from the
Ensign pdf format posted on the internet? Is it the same as holding up the
actual Ensign or no?
