[Teachldsseminary] OFF TOPIC: good feelings

I am so glad you told us of this experience because yesterday I had a  
similar experience with 3 of my kids.  
 
I have mentioned on this list before that I have been caring for my  Dad.  I 
returned home from Seminary last Monday, after a rousing game  of Conference 
Jeopardy, only to find that he had passed away quietly and without  any fanfare 
whatsoever.  I have had a substitute since then and when I went  to Church 
yesterday (because my husband is in the Bishopric and because Dad  needed 
watching over I have not been able to go to Church) the 3 kids that have  come early 
to Seminary and talked and helped and then stayed after to do more of  the 
same were the same 3 that came up, offered hugs, shared their feelings,  and 
offered to help in any way they could.  I had the same feeling of  euphoria that 
you experienced.  I felt loved and appreciated but I also  expressed my love 
to them and the Spirit was very strong among us at that  moment.  These are the 
same 3 that do their reading, serve  diligently in their callings in our 
class and love everything about  Seminary.  It is one of those "Seminary Moments" 
to be cherished  and pondered for a long time to come.
