Debbie,
It sounds to me like you are doing great! It must be hard with such a small 
class. I wouldn't hold the one back waiting for the other. If the one learns 
a sm that the other hasn't covered yet, could you have the one help the 
other memorize when she returns to class? It would be a good review for the 
one and the other would 'catch up'. My class all learn at different rates 
and I do it both ways. Sometimes we learn as a class and sometimes the kids 
just come to me after and pass off whatever they have been working on. I 
haven't used the stickers but they sound like a good learning tool. The kids 
feel success and at the same time will learn, with review, how to find the 
scriptures without the stickers. You have lots of time left this year to do 
sm. It's always good to try and improve but don't forget to celebrate the 
successes, too. I think you are already ahead of the game!
