Thank you Francisca for the information on the two talks by Brother Mayne  
found on the BYU website.  The site is The Religious Educator.
 
To find these two talks (and there are many others I saw) follow this link  
and then these steps:

Select:  BACK ISSUES,  then select from the color cover photos  which issue 
you want.  The information on Volume # and Number and Year are  printed 
underneath each cover.
 
The first talk Volume 5 Number 3 2004 "How to Ask Questions That  Invite 
Revelation, and the second talk (by the same name) is a follow up talk,  Volume 6 
Number 3 2005.
