Is it not important that they become familiar with their scriptures.  When 
they are missionaries sharing the gospel I don't think there palm pilot 
would have the same impact as a young person showing someone a scripture in 
the book form. this way they know what books come before, they just learn 
better by having to physically look and also important that they make notes 
and mark their scriptures for future use.
