Thank you for posting this - I was just going looking for it.  I second the
motion on this.  In fact, I'm hoping we can use this talk as a fireside for
the youth - great concept, eh?  "Parent's mistakes", but the kids should
really learn something important from it themselves.

Do take a listen to this talk.  I liked it so much I went out and bought his
book, favorably titled TWENTY FIVE mistakes parents make.  Ouch.  Haven't
read it yet.
