[Teachldsseminary] Working on the Unruly

Just wanted you to know I had a super-fantastic lesson this morning, even with the "unruly" ones, who weren't unruly today--thanks in part to support/help here!  I set the tone by greeting each student at the door with a handshake, just like going into Sacrament meeting.  The night before class, my husband and I changed around the seating to a U-shape seating of tables with assigned seats.  We'd had assigned seats but with tables in rows.  I invited the students to take their new seats, and was happy to hear them say how cool the new seating arrangement was. 

When I began the lesson, I asked that they be reverent and respectful (both to the Lord's House and to each other), and especially today since we were discussing the Atonement.  They were great!  And I even had a student-demo/object lesson and a 3-person improvisation.  MUCH improved!
