[Teachldsseminary] Request: Quote about Sabbath Day

There is a quote in the video guide for D&C 59.  It is by Mark E. Perteren

"The mannr in which we spend the Sabbath is a sign of our inner attitue toward [the Lord].  It is a measure of the sincerity of our faith"  (Mark E. Petersen, in Conference Report, Apr. 1975, 71; or Ensign, May 1975, 49).
