Right now I am reading a book by Brent and Wendy Topp entitled - Glimpses
Beyond Death's Door - http://deseretbook.com/store/product?sku=4962646 That
deals with LDS perspectives regarding death and Near death experiences - I
personally find these extremely comforting. Many references to scriptural
and prophetic commentary and how they fit in with LDS theology. Many good
quotes. I also just read a book by Paul H. Dunn and Richard Eyre called
"This Birth that We Call Death" - I got it at Deseret Industries - one of
those books from the 70's that a lot of people read - it was also very good
and very comforting.

My all time favorite book is Life Everlasting by Duane S. Crowther.
http://deseretbook.com/store/product?sku=4962648 again, extremely
comforting - at least to me.

I am the "other" scout leader who was traveling with the troop of boy
scouts who crashed and died on the way home from a scouting trip.

I know there were some great lessons in the past 2 years on why God lets
bad things like this happen to good people, but I'm too distressed to
find them.

Anybody with some really good answers real quick would be helpful.
this was an non LDS troop
thanks
