If you are preparing your Overview Lesson you might check out the "Outline"
in the Annotated D&C. It gives a topic for each section with the synopsis,
time and place received and place in the overall timeline - ie. Beginnings,
Two Church Centers, Nauvoo, etc.

You can also click on any synopsis line and go directly to that place in the
scriptures.  I've printed it out and used it at the beginning of the year
and also throughout the year for my own prep. I just print out the sections
within the outline that I'll be teaching in the coming week and use it to
make notes on for videos, object lessons, emphasis, etc.
