A picture entitled An Obscure Boy, by Joseph Brickey, oil, 1998, can be
found in Church History Vol. I:I. It shows Joseph contemplating with hat in

A few weeks ago I read a suggestion for the first day of class that
suggestsed a picture of Joseph Smith leaving the sacred grove and discussing
what he now knew in comparison with when he entered.  I have checked our
library and church materials lists etc and can't seem to find a picture like
that.  Any suggestions?
