[Teachldsseminary] IDEAS: Motivation for next Semester

Today was the last day of Seminary till January 3rd. We had our Seminary Auction and it went great. Lots of donations from the ward members, a delicious breakfast served by the Bishops and very enthusiastic bidders!! I think we are all ready for a couple of weeks off though...the break will be nice!
Now...I was wondering if any of you have some good ideas to keep us motivated to continue to read scriptures, memorize SM, etc through the next semester. My class has worked really hard to earn Seminary Bucks which they spent at the auction this morning. One idea I had and am trying to expand on is maybe doing a sort of "journey" into Salt Lake...where they can progress along the trail by reading, memorizing, attendance, etc. Since we live only about 5 hours from Martins Cove, I was thinking that maybe in May or early June we could do a "field trip" there. I was hoping for a way to make it a group effort instead of an individual effort...cause I just dont want anyone to be left out.
Anyway...just thinking. If you have any ideas I would sure appreciate hearing them. Thanks so much, Terisa in Wy

We did this activity and it was a big hit. Each phrase is a title of a
Christmas song.
See if you can figure out all of them!
