Yes, happy to share.  It is in word perfect table format so I hope it  
transfers okay.
 
I did give one to the student to take home and I have one displayed in the  
room.  We talk about what she has done to fulfill the application challenge  
every day.  Mondays we talk about what she did for the Sat and Sun  challenges 
and how she has been able to involve her family.
