[Teachldsseminary] Request: Quote about Sabbath Day

I'm not sure of the reference, but I have in my notes that Elder Russel M. 
Nelson stated that if you would like to know where you stand spiritually, 
there are two yardsticks to measure yourself by: 1) What do you think about 
during the sacrament. 2) How do you treat the Sabbath day.
