[Teachldsseminary] QUESTION: LARGE class suggestions?

You need to split the class. It has been my experience (13 years of teaching) 
that the bigger the class the more kids drop out. You just can't make kids in 
a class that big feel like you love each one and will be heart broken if they 
don't come.

I think 9-16 is an ideal size. It is so important for a teacher to connect 
with each student and one way to do that is visit them at work, go to their ball 
games and dance recitals etc. You just can care take over a class that big.
