You might find the "Apostles of the Church" file within the D&C Annotated
scriptures of interest. It lists all the apostles in this dispensation and
has full biographies of the Presidents of the Church, the first apostles and
the current twelve. Full names are given instead of just initials. Did you
know that the R. in Jeffery R. Holland stands for Roy? Or that the B in
Joseph B. Wirthlin stands for Bitner - he is President Hinckley's first half
cousin! The only one not disclosed is L. Tom Perry - but it does tell that
he is a confirmed Boston Red Sox fan and threw out the first pitch in the
2004 season. Anyway, lots of tidbits that might help bring these men to life
for your students.

You will find the file under "Biographies" and then in the lower right hand
corner click on "Apostles of the Church."
