[Teachldsseminary] Request: Curtis Castillow CES 2002

Does anybody have the notes from Curtis Castilow's class from the 2002 
CES symposium?  It was titled "Eleventy-Nine Ideas That Help Teach the 
Doctrine and Covenants".

The notes were not part of the handouts so it is not on the CES 
website. It was a fabulous class and everyone wrote as fast as we could 
to write down all his object lessons. I used alot of them that year as 
I taught and the students really enjoyed them.

Does this sound framiliar to anyone?  I'd love to have them 
again.Thanks in advance for your searching.
