My favorite seating arrangement is tables in a U
shape.  That way I can see all of the students and
they aren't hiding behind anyone.  I have used this
for classes from small (3 students) to large (24
students) and it seems to work well.  I like the
tables beceause it gives the students something to
write on when I give them worksheets or quizes.  It
also gives them a place to put things when they have
their scriptures and student manual that they are
looking in.
