Young Women Tagz 'n Thingz
by Lori Nawyn
Printing Instructions

All the designs have been created as pdf files that will open in the free Adobe Acrobat Reader - and are ready to print as stated - Tagz print 8 per page. Mini-posterz print two per page. Bookmarkz print 4 per page and the playing cardz print 8 per page. The margins on the cardz are set so that fronts and backs should line up nicely for cutting, but depending on your printer, you may need to test this out first. If they do not line up by printing on both sides of a paper, you can print on two pages, line them up with wrong sides together and glue the pages together before cutting.

Paper Selection

You can print on white paper, white cardstock or white photo paper, depending on the desired result. Bookmarks, cards, gift tags and boxes should be printed on cardstock. You may want to print on cardstock and overlay with a sheet of vellum and paper punch holes in each and attach with a ribbon. Using a colored/textured/patterned paper can change the coloring of the images and give an undesireable effect. But layering the print outs with other decorative paper can be a lovely way to add impact to a scrapbook page or frame etc.

Print Quality

For best results, set your print quality to the highest setting.

How to Use Tagz 'n Thingz

Give Tagz, Mini-Posterz and Bookmarkz as handouts for lessons, activities, special events, etc. They can also be given as birthday gifts, "We Missed You" cards etc. The Mini-Posterz could be used to decorate a room and tables at an event. Make a table setting by using Tagz for place cards, the Napkin Ringz and Placematz with a 3D Pop-Upz Centerpiece on each table! Print Stickerz on blank full-sheet sticker paper and cut to size.

Punch a hole in the top of Tagz and lace a ribbon through to make a bookmark or add as a gift tag to anything! Glue Mini-Posterz to a gift bag to customize it.

Includes a template for printing a set of five charmz on shrink plastic film - three sets per page - you just cut, bake, and string the charmz on elastic thread with beads of your choice. Be sure to purchase shrink film made especially to print with inkjet printers. I've found it online by the folks that make Shrinky-Dinks, but I found a similar film that is cheaper - Grafix Ink Jet Shrink Film Shrinky Dink Oven Refills 10 Sheets (8.5"x11") CLEAR! - for 14.99. Check your local craft store, or order online. This would be a great craft project for Girl's Camp!
