Dear {$user.name_f}:
LOGIN PROBLEMS - DOING COOKIES CORRECTLY
Our most common support questions is: why can't I login?
The answer is most likely cookies, and not the eating kind. Browser cookies
are small pieces of data written by your browser to your computer's hard
drive that contain information about the site you are viewing. Our LDV
cookie contains your encrypted login information; it is what allows you to
visit subscription resources without being forced to login each time. Your browser must be able to write our cookie or you cannot login; our system cannot verify that you are indeed logged in; reading the cookie is how it checks. Your browser and any internet security system you are using must be set to allow our browser cookie. Here
are items to consider about our cookies:
- If you see the member login page at every turn; your cookie has been
deleted or is not accessible due to a browser/security setting or software.
- Our login cookie is valid for at least 30 days; visit less
frequently and you may have to re-login to initiate a fresh cookie.
- If you install our update your internet security software, you may have
to tell it to allow cookies for site: latter-dayvillage.com.
Please note that we are proactive as we can be with your login problem. Tim reviews the site's error logs several times per week, emailing users with a link to our support center cookie FAQ when he sees what appears to be login cookie problem. For more information, see our support
center.

SUBMIT YOUR IDEAS
We had good participation after last newsletter's request for ideas. To repeat, there are seminary classes being taught all around the world, some in the most obscure and remote places. Your idea could be a scripture mastery game, object lesson, devotional, teaching tip, lesson quote or resource, or a complete Readiness /Participate /Application gem. Whatever it is, even if you used it several months ago, share it now. Someone, somewhere, sometime, will benefit from your willingness to share.
You can share in several ways:
- Use the web site’s Submit page:
http://latter-dayvillage.com/Submit.htm
- Send it directly to: submit@latter-dayvillage.com
- Join the FREE email list and sent it there. Include at the bottom of your message this phrase: “Bro. Holder, please post this,” or something to that effect.
Thanks in advance for your willingness to participate in this with all of the site community members.
Best Regards,
