The Agel Pay Plan is online in an Adobe Acrobat .pdf format.

When will I be paid?

Team Members who earn a commission during any given month will be paid for that month on the 15th day of the following month.

Why do I have to wait until the 15th?

The Agel Accounting Department follows very reliable and detailed systems to process and clear credit cards, make sure products are actually shipped and received as reported, and accurately calculate commissions for all of our markets. To do it right, the process takes time.

How do I get paid?

We encourage all Team Members to sign up for direct deposit via ACH in their Agel back office. The ACH method of payment will go into affect December, 2005. Until then, we will cut paper checks once a month and mail them to your address. If you live in a foreign market, ACH is not an option.

When I'm a Team Member, can I put Agel in my website domain name, or e-mail address?

No. For more information, consult the Agel Policies and Procedures document.

Can I design my own website?

Agel provides a self replicating website to Agel Team Members at a nominal fee. Personal websites are not allowed to mention or sell Agel per company policies and procedures.

What is Auto-ship and is it mandatory?

Auto-ship is optional. It allows Team Members to have Agel automatically send them product once a month and charge accordingly, thus eliminating the hassle of ordering each month to remain eligible to participate in the Agel Pay Plan. Auto-ships go out on the 1, 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 of each month. Team Members can choose which date they prefer and what is included in their order. You can also change the order at any time prior to shipment.

Is Auto-ship the same as Auto Order?

Yes. In some countries auto-ship is also known as Automatic Order or APO.

Is there a penalty if I cancel or modify my Auto-ship?

No. You can cancel or change your Auto-ship at any time; however, if you enrolled at the Executive Level, you must order at least two boxes of product every month to remain eligible to participate in the Executive Bonus portion of the Agel Pay Plan.

When I enroll, why do you need my Social Security Number?

These numbers are required for tax and social security validation purposes. You can use a Tax ID# for a business name if you choose. If you are not a citizen of the United States, you are required to use your own country identification number.

How do I cancel my membership?

A Team Member may terminate his contract at any time, and for any reason, by sending written notice of intent to terminate to the company. Termination becomes effective as of the date the company receives written notice of termination.
