An Invitation from Debra
Hi!

A couple weeks ago, a friend here in Utah called me about an opportunity that intrigued me, for some reason, and before he really had a chance to sit down with Jerry and I to tell us about it in detail, I got online and did a search to find out more about it myself.  I was surprised at my own reaction to it, because over the years I have repeatedly had a negative response to “network marketing” businesses.  Usually, despite the hype, there was always something that seemed obviously wrong about the whole thing.

This time is different.  I think it is the timing - both for the company, and for Jerry and I and our own businesses.  So we took the plunge - we found a way to do it, and we joined this new company, and because of the timing, I want to make sure that I introduce it now to the people in my life who might also benefit from this opportunity.

The company is called Agel.  Have you heard of it?  They make a line of health/nutrition products that come in little foil gel packs.  Athletes, especially long distance runners, have been taking advantage of the convenience and power of little energy gel-packs recently - and Agel is the first company to get them into the general public market, along with several other popular supplement formulas for vitamins/minerals, weight management, anti-oxidants, and health enhancing seaweed, with other new products in the works.  They taste great, are easy to take, and are quickly absorbed by the body.

OK, so first off the bat, it is an innovative new product.  Secondly, the initial success of this company is based on the fact that they had the capital they needed to open in ten countries simultaneously, and it took off like wild-fire.  How did they do that?  It has never been done before.  Someone with a lot of money felt strongly enough about the potential of this product and company to fund the startup of Agel.  I know that man . . . I used to work for him.  His name is Alan Ashton.  He started WordPerfect.  I have been highly impressed with the way he and his wife have used their wealth to build their community here in Utah.  I have to admit, when I learned they were backing Agel, I was very interested in getting involved.

Third, because Agel is so new, has an innovative new structure, has had great success in the international market for the past year, is just starting in the United States, and my friend is the nephew of the man who founded Agel, Glen Jensen, I realize that now is the time to get in on the ground level in a great position to grow with this company.  We are only a few levels away from the top, and that is powerful.

I had been thinking about my neighbors here in Saratoga Springs that I wanted to introduce to Agel.   One of them had to drop by the other day on another matter, right after I had gotten my first box of product from Agel.  As soon as he saw it open there on the floor, he said “Oh!  You’re doing it too?”  I realized then how quickly this is taking off, and so I don’t want to dilly dally around, even though I am about the worst salesman you ever met. It is out of character for me, but this is just too unique an opportunity to hesitate about it.

I wanted to do my own website, so I invite you to follow the menu links and take a look at the product, the company, and the opportunity.  If you have questions or would like us to send you a sample, let us know.  We can also send you the company magazine that gives a very complete introduction.  If you want to get involved, you can go to our enrollment page and get started

Jerry and I have been trying the products.  I am taking the UMI - made from brown seaweed, because of some health concerns I have. The natural by-product of brown seaweed, fucoidan, has been effective in the prevention and treatment of many forms of cancer, along with several other benefits.

I am not familiar with the structuring of a lot of compensation plans for various companies - and my first look at Agel’s compensation plan went right over my head.  I have had it explained now several times in a variety of ways - most recently by watching the dvd that came with my distributor box - and that was the easiest for me to understand.  In a nutshell, there are four levels to get involved:
  • preferred customer who simply buys the product
  • retail level who merely sells the product
  • developer who gets involved in marketing the business opportunity
  • executive who does the same thing but with several additional ways to generate impressive revenue.  For the executive, there are 8 ways to earn, and it is pretty exciting.  Comp Plan
Because my partner Tim Holder and I already have an LLC Latter-day Village -- and part of our business agreement was to put all our various income streams into LDV, I introduced Agel to Tim - he felt the same way I did about it.  So, LDV joined Agel at the executive level.  We are excited to be able to take advantage of our well established internet presence to grow our Agel business as well.

If you are interested, great! If not, that is cool tool. I just wanted to make sure you had a chance to find out about Agel for yourself.

Best wishes!
Debra
